At Coventry Homes, we have taken proactive measures to ensure that our homes remain a place of safety and comfort for you, our team, and the surrounding community as we work to address concerns around COVID-19 together.
As of May 2, 2020, our model homes across the state are now open daily. While an appointment is no longer required to visit one of our model homes, we are ready to help you buy the home of your dreams in a manner that suits you best.
· Our models are open daily and our sales professionals are available to meet with you in person. We invite you to visit at your leisure.

· Virtual tours and appointments are always available, and you can tour our new homes from the comfort of your own home
We will continue to monitor our governmental authorities’ recommendations in order to continue to provide our guests a safe environment for you and your family as you go through the process of buying or building your dream home.
Our model homes will be restricted to a safe capacity, allowing no more than two groups and not to exceed 8 total guests at any given time. We encourage our guests to wear a face covering upon their arrival, as our employees will also be wearing a face covering to welcome you.
If you prefer, Coventry Homes will continue to schedule your private, on-site appointment, which will ensure a more intimate and exclusive introduction to our models, while also allowing your homebuying journey to continue uninterrupted. Please schedule your visit using the button below.
Our team can also help schedule your virtual appointments and tours as well. Virtual appointments will allow visitors to get to know our neighborhoods and available homes interactively through a video call.
