We will visit your preferred homesite to help you determine which locale will best suit your needs. Once you have chosen your dream home design, we will conduct a homesite evaluation and review site preparation cost, HOA and Municipality requirements, possible location adjustments, building elevation, water and electricity service, wells and/or septic systems. The best part is that your site evaluation is free.
Sign Your Agreement
You will work with your sales counselor to establish the initial sales price, choose your floor plan design and structural options. Your sales counselor can help you redline any preliminary changes to your new home for architectural review. Once you have signed your agreement, you will begin your construction financing process. Through Coventry’s partnership with select local companies, we ensure buyers receive competitive financing terms and incomparable customer service from start to finish.

There are countless choices when selecting exterior and interior finishes. Coventry Homes’ professional Design Showroom makes this process easy and enjoyable. A dedicated designer will work with you during several design appointments to personalize the look of your new home.
Secure Construction Financing
With all your choices finalized, we have arrived at the final sales price of your new home. Your floor plan design will be submitted to the controlling municipal authorities and Homeowners Association (if applicable) for permits and approvals. Submit final sales price to lender for loan approval, and close on your construction loan at the Title Company.
Your New Home Construction Begins
Meet with your sales counselor and construction manager for a pre-start construction meeting to review all of your new home choices after which your new home construction begins.
