Build On Your Lot - Heritage Collection From the $340's
HOUSTON, TX – Just more than 18 months after purchasing Sedona Lakes, Landeavor is finding buyers are responding to the dramatic changes made in 2014.
Sales since the Tampa-based developer acquired Sedona Lakes in mid-2013 have accounted for more than 38 percent of the community’s total sales since development started in 2009.
“In just a short time, we have developed 189 new homesites on the ground and we added nearly $1.5 million in amenities and enhancements, resulting in almost 120 home sales since purchasing the property” said Landeavor’s Buck Driggers, senior vice president, Texas. “We’ve attracted well-respected builders, opened model homes and hosted events. This is a very different community than it was in 2013.”
Five builders — Coventry Homes, Emerald Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes and Trendmaker Homes — opened six model homes in Sedona Lakes last year and offer designs priced from the $280,000s to $600,000s.
In addition, Landeavor installed two community playgrounds and a 1.5-mile lake trail for residents to enjoy. Lush landscaping created a grander entry for the development, and trees and other plants were planted around a community lake for a park-like setting.
“More homesites in Manvel’s finest community will be available later this year,” Driggers said.
The 535-acre development, near Highway 288 and County Road 101, is planned for approximately 900 homes. The master plan for Sedona Lakes also includes five commercial reserves totaling about 63 acres.
